Join Coach Megan on every Tuesday and Thursday for a high intensity Cardio Tennis class. The lesson begins at 11AM and will end at 12PM. All player levels and fitness levels are welcome to attend.

$15 for members   $20 for non-members 

  • Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness class that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering a full body, calorie burning workout. 
  • Cardio Tennis is for people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels. No tennis experience is required. 
  • Cardio Tennis balls will be used. Cardio Tennis balls are low compression balls which equalize the playing field and keep the court safe. The cardio ball is a tool which improves both a player’s movement, foot speed as well as thier strokes. 
  • The purpose of Cardio Tennis is to train in the 5 heart rate zones, burn calories and train for tennis. 
  • The Cardio Tennis experience includes music, heart rate monitors, the agility ladder and the Cardio balls. *Music will not be played if there is a league match happening at the same time.

5-10 minutes of warmup 

40-50 minutes of cardio games & drills 

5-10 minutes of cool down

April 5th from 5:00 - 8:00 PM 

Sail away with us as we continue on our culinary journey around the world. For the month of April we are traveling to the romantic country of Greece! 

Greece is a nation of small farmers who produce an incredible array of mainly organically produced cheeses, oils, fruits, nuts, grains, legumes, and vegetables, supplemented by an array of greens and herbs that grow in the wild. These are the foods that form the base of the traditional Greek regimen. Greece's climate is perfect for growing  olive and lemon trees, producing two of the most important elements of Greek cooking. Spices, garlic and other herbs such as oregano, basil, mint, and thyme are widely used, as are vegetables such as eggplant, zucchini, and legumes of all types, With 20 percent of Greece made up of islands, fish and seafood are a popular and common part of the Greek diet. Lamb and goat are the traditional meats of holidays and festivals, and poultry, beef, and pork are also in plentiful supply.

It will include drills, games, and footwork taught by Couch Megan Fulton. 

Each Saturday we will focus on a new skill or stroke.

This Clinic is open to all skill levels looking to improve their overall game. Players will participate in drills that focus on groundstrokes, volleys, overheads and serves. Time permitting, point situations will be incorporated to reinforce in the instruction. 

$15 - Members

What is High Tea? Think of a traditional British Tea party out in the garden with the large extravagant hats and beautiful spring dresses. We encourage our guests to come dressed for the occasion. All Members are cordially invited to join us for a beautiful afternoon out on the patio. We will have a large selection of tea, danishes, finger sandwiches, and desserts available.
